To speed up the preparation process, you simply need to place some jam or marmalade on a lightly rolled-out piece of dough, then cover it with another piece, seal the edges, and cut out circles using a glass. This way, you can quickly prepare the doughnuts and save a lot of time.

What You Need to Make Doughnuts? They Will Delight Every Sweet Tooth

The recipe for quick doughnuts is very simple. Even an inexperienced cook should be able to handle making these sweet treats. You will need:

  • 0.5 kg of flour,
  • 1 cup of milk,
  • 100 g of sugar,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 50 g of yeast,
  • 4 egg yolks,
  • Salt,
  • Filling, such as jam or marmalade,
  • Rum extract,
  • Fat for frying.

Warm the milk and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, crumble the yeast, mix, and set aside. Combine the flour, sugar, egg yolks, rum extract, and salt, then add the milk with the risen yeast. Knead the dough until it has a uniform consistency. Melt the butter in a pot, set it aside to cool slightly, then add it to the dough and knead again. Leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours. When ready, place it on a board, cut it into equal rectangles, and lightly roll them out. Add the filling, cover with another piece of dough, and cut out circles using a glass. Let the raw doughnuts rise for 30 minutes, then fry them in hot oil.
