There's nothing better than soft and fluffy pancakes, which is exactly how everyone wants them. Unfortunately, they don't always turn out that way. To make sure your pancakes are always aromatic and smooth, use this recipe. Sister Aniela, known for cooking for the Pope and church leaders on the show "Aniel's Kitchen," demonstrated how she prepares sweet pancakes that melt in your mouth. Her trick is to place the dough in a preheated oven. This makes the dough more elastic and springy.

Instructions:
Start by preparing the yeast mixture. In a large bowl, crumble the fresh yeast, add the sugar and warm milk (make sure it's not too hot). Stir vigorously and set aside for about 15-20 minutes in a warm place to rise slightly. If you want to speed up this process, you can place the bowl in an oven preheated to 40°C for a short time.
While the yeast is rising, wash, peel, and quarter the apples. Remove the cores and then slice the apples thinly. If you prefer smaller pieces, you can grate the apples using a coarse grater. Soft and sweet apples are the best choice.
Now, prepare the batter. Sift the wheat flour into a large bowl. Add the salt, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the oil and the prepared yeast mixture to the batter. Mix the ingredients for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 40-50 minutes.
After this time, stir the dough again and add the apples. Heat oil in a pan and place spoonfuls of the batter onto it. Shape the batter into small pancakes and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Place the fried pancakes on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
