Kevin Spacey was - or rather, used to be - the owner of an apartment. He had to put the property up for sale due to financial problems. A month ago, the 9,000-square-foot property was put up for auction and sold. There’s just one problem - the actor doesn’t intend to move out, even though the house no longer belongs to him.

The new owner of the waterfront property in a gated community in Baltimore is a real estate investor. In an interview with the "Baltimore Banner," the buyer revealed that although he purchased the property, he also got the actor as part of the deal. Kevin Spacey reportedly asked to stay in the house for another six months for free, without paying any rent.
"He doesn’t want to leave the house. He’s asking for six months to move out, but without paying anything," says Sam Asgari, who bought the house at a bargain price of $3.24 million.
According to TMZ and the "Baltimore Banner," the buyer is in contact with Kevin Spacey’s legal representatives to negotiate the terms of the actor’s move-out. However, Spacey’s lawyer claims that "Asgari’s allegations are false" regarding the information that the actor is refusing to move out. He did not address the buyer’s other accusations.
Kevin Spacey reportedly paid over $5.5 million for the apartment seven years ago. Due to severe financial problems, he was forced to sell it at a significant discount. This is the result of contracts being terminated with the actor after his behavior on numerous film sets was exposed. Spacey was accused of forcing younger and dependent men into sexual acts. These accusations, from which he was only cleared by the courts after several years, cost him millions of dollars in losses. He lost his role in "House of Cards," was cut from the Oscar-nominated "All the Money in the World," and is now practically unemployable. Despite the acquittal in the London court, more of Kevin Spacey’s victims have come forward. In the documentary "Spacey: Unmasked" on the HBO platform, the production reached out to individuals who agreed to speak on record about what happened on film sets, behind the scenes at London’s The Old Vic theater, on TV series sets, in acting courses for beginners, and during Spacey’s time as a student. Only a few men have decided to take their cases to court.
