From the outside, my life looks like a dream. I’m 30 years old, have a child, a husband, and our own apartment. My daughter goes to kindergarten, and I work part-time. We’re doing well financially because my husband earns a good salary. What I bring home could be considered pocket money. I’m not sure if it’s because of my work situation or just life in general, but lately, I’ve noticed that I have no energy for anything.
Every morning starts with getting my daughter ready for kindergarten, then I head to work. After work, I either stop for groceries or go straight home to make dinner or clean something. Then I pick up my daughter, and the afternoon and evening are dedicated to her. During those few hours, whenever I can, I try to lie down. When she’s playing with blocks, I lie on the floor; when she’s drawing at the table, I collapse on the couch. Essentially, from the moment I open my eyes in the morning, I’m just thinking about getting back to bed. But I grit my teeth and push through.
My husband comes home from work later and plays with her for a while. Sometimes he helps with bath time or reads her a bedtime story. I’m grateful to him for providing us with a decent life, but I feel like everything related to the house is still on my shoulders. I guess I just don’t know how to relax anymore because I spend every free moment on household chores, and even if I’m lying down, I’m thinking about what still needs to be done.
I’m 30 years old, and I have no energy for anything. It shouldn’t be like this, and I know it. After all, I have a lot of life ahead of me. When I imagine that it’s only going to get worse, I feel faint. Does anyone else feel this way? How do you deal with this situation? Maybe readers can share what’s worked for them... Edyta."

It’s important to note that chronic fatigue can also be a sign of various health issues, both physical and mental. If anything is causing concern, it’s always worth consulting a doctor. A specialist can help identify the problem, recommend any necessary additional tests, and suggest ways to reduce or eliminate the symptoms.
