The first step is just like preparing a regular pizza: preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). In the meantime, whisk the egg whites and sweetener together until fluffy, then pour the mixture into a baking pan (a tart pan works well for this). Bake for about 25 minutes. After this, remove the pan from the oven and increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F). In the next step, mix the tomato passata with the herbs and spread it on the pizza base.
