Which Exercises Help You Lose Weight the Fastest? Here Are the Top 5
Before starting your workout, remember to do at least a 5-minute warm-up to prepare your body and muscles for exercise. Here are five exercises that will help you slim down and get rid of love handles:
Squats are relatively simple but incredibly effective at strengthening your thighs and glutes. Tighten your core, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and do 3 sets of 20 squats.
Lunges should be done in 3 sets of 15 lunges per leg. Make sure your knees don’t go beyond your toes, and bend the back leg at a 90-degree angle.
Scissors (leg lifts) target your abs and back muscles. Doing 30 repetitions in 3 sets will beautifully shape your body.
Jumping jacks are great for burning a lot of calories. Aim for around 30 repetitions in 2 or 3 sets, depending on your fitness level.
Planks are excellent for sculpting and strengthening your core. Support your body on your forearms and toes, keeping a right angle at the elbows. Remember not to lift your hips too high. Hold the position for at least 20 seconds. Rest for one minute, then repeat three times.
How to Lose Weight? Check Your Caloric Needs
It's important to remember that while exercise is key to weight loss, an appropriate diet is also crucial. Maintaining a caloric deficit is essential. Before starting a diet, it's wise to consult a doctor or nutritionist to develop a meal plan and determine your calorie deficit.
