Kaufland is currently recruiting for positions at distribution centers located in Wola Krzysztoporska (Łódź Voivodeship), Gliwice, and Bydgoszcz. In September, the company launched the "Warehouse Championships" campaign to promote jobs at these locations. Both experienced individuals and recent graduates starting their careers are encouraged to apply.
Up to 8,600 PLN Gross: Kaufland is Hiring
Kaufland is attracting potential employees with a salary ranging from 5,400 to 8,600 PLN gross per month, along with training courses and free meals. "In addition to meals fully covered by the employer, we offer private medical care and free physiotherapy services," said Mateusz Staniszewski, Director of the Distribution Center in Wola Krzysztoporska, in a statement.
Furthermore, employees receive MultiSport cards, Easter and Christmas bonuses, holiday gift packages, and baby welcome kits for newborns. "We also organize family picnics in logistics, where children can visit their parents' workplace," added Staniszewski.
It’s worth noting that, according to GUS data, the average salary in the business sector in August 2024 was 8,189.74 PLN gross, marking an 11.1% year-over-year increase.
Kaufland Increases Salaries for Cashiers-Sales Assistants
Earlier this year, Kaufland announced salary raises. Since January 2024, cashiers and sales assistants earn between 4,500 and 5,500 PLN gross. The retail chain is allocating nearly 110 million PLN for these raises. "Every year, the company grants salary increases—over the past five years, wages for cashiers and sales assistants have risen by more than 30%," the statement read.
