Bulgaria is renowned for its landscapes, rich and multicultural traditions, as well as its turquoise coastline, which in some places resembles the Maldives. At Bulgaria’s most famous resort—Sunny Beach—you can enjoy relaxing on beautiful beaches with golden sand, and in the evenings, stroll along the promenade lined with shops, restaurants, and seaside bars. This town is also a haven for clubbing enthusiasts, with prices in clubs and bars significantly lower than, for example, the popular Ibiza.

History buffs will also find paradise here. In Bulgaria, you can explore the ancient city of Nessebar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Often called the "Pearl of the Black Sea" or the "City of 40 Churches," Nessebar boasts a history that spans over 3,000 years. Its atmosphere is simply enchanting. The scenery features ancient architecture with houses and narrow streets, picturesque ruins, monuments, and remnants of ancient temples from the 5th century.

Second place in LoveHolidays.com's ranking of the cheapest holiday destinations went to Latvia. Third place was awarded to Albania, followed by Tunisia in fourth. Fifth and sixth places went to Finland and Sweden, respectively. Surprisingly, Poland was ranked seventh by the British travel agency.
