This love story is different from the ones we're used to hearing. Kayla Barnes-Lentz and Warren Lentz are biohackers who are working every day to live a long life together - hopefully over 120 years. The couple spends six-figure sums annually to slow down the aging process. Each day, though different from the previous one, is filled with routine activities that Kayla believes are essential to achieving their goal. What does their daily life look like? Everything is meticulously planned.
Kayla Barnes-Lentz is a 33-year-old owner of a clinic in Cleveland, where she helps "rejuvenate people" using equipment like a hyperbaric chamber, red light bed, cryotherapy chamber, and ozone sauna. These are just some of the devices available in her practice. Warren, on the other hand, is a 36-year-old marketing director. Before meeting his wife, he wasn’t as immersed in the wellness world. It was Kayla who introduced him to this lifestyle.
During our second conversation, I also asked for his lab results and sent him additional tests to complete, including a gut test, comprehensive blood work, genetic testing, and a full toxin load test
- she revealed in an interview with The Independent. Warren didn’t resist his beloved’s recommendations, which helped Kayla realize that they could build a future together.
I knew it would take a special man to be excited about what I do, and Warren not only was excited but also wanted to push the boundaries of human potential and longevity with me
- she explains. Together, they devised a daily routine.
The couple values the chance to enjoy sunlight as soon as it appears. However, their day doesn’t start with the sound of an alarm clock - they rely on the body’s natural rhythm. As a result, Warren typically wakes up earlier than his wife. Before sitting down for breakfast together, they first undergo pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, followed by a workout. After finishing their morning exercises, they take a walk that lasts between 10 and 30 minutes. Once these activities are checked off, they have an organic, homemade breakfast. In the afternoon, the Lentzs enjoy a rejuvenating session in the sun and nature, followed by cold immersion therapy and a session in the hyperbaric chamber. Occasionally, they also use NanoVi, which is said to repair damaged cells. Dinner is served at 5:30 PM, and after their final meal, the couple takes a 50-minute walk. Their return home involves relaxing in the sauna and using red light therapy. By 9 PM, it’s bedtime. Kayla believes that these practices will help them live healthily until the age of 150.
Wondering where the romance fits into this story? Kayla, while discussing their daily life, shared that her goal isn’t to live forever like Bryan Johnson aspires to. For her, the most important thing is being able to enjoy the beauty of the world for as long as her husband can experience it with her.
