On her account, she debunks various dietary myths and provides tips on what might be preventing you from achieving your desired body shape. In a recent post, she revealed six things that seem harmless but may be the reason you're not losing weight:

  1. You regularly consume alcohol (1g of pure alcohol has almost as many calories as 1g of fat).
  2. You treat nuts as a low-calorie snack.
  3. You eat healthy, but high-calorie foods.
  4. You don’t consume enough protein and foods with a high satiety index, making it difficult to maintain a calorie deficit.
  5. You eat out very often.
  6. You deceive yourself a bit, adding a heaping spoonful of peanut butter instead of a flat one (and do the same with other products).

Tip: It’s a good idea to monitor what and how much you eat. A kitchen scale can be your best friend, along with phone apps where you can log your daily meals. These tools help count calories and make you aware of those seemingly "innocent" mistakes.
