Cristiano Ronaldo’s Hotel Chain: How Much the Star Pays His Employees

It turns out that managers in Cristiano Ronaldo's hotels earn up to 2,300 euros per month. The rest of the staff receives slightly less, with salaries around 2,000 euros. Overall, annual salaries range from 13,000 to 28,000 euros. Employee benefits include up to 50 days of vacation, a private health plan, and even a birthday party. Additionally, employees receive meal vouchers and discounts on stays at all Pestana properties. Cristiano Ronaldo is currently recruiting staff for his Pestana CR7 hotel in Madrid and is offering permanent contracts.

The football star is looking for employees to fill the following positions:

  • Doorman at Pestana Plaza Mayor: salary of 23,000 euros gross per year, permanent full-time contract. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, flexibility to work different shifts, and proficiency in English.
  • Food & Beverage Supervisor: salary of 28,000 euros, permanent full-time contract. Two positions are available, requiring higher education and fluency in English.
  • Junior Breakfast Waiter: substitute contract, part-time (20 hours per week), with a salary of 13,000 euros.
  • Assistant Breakfast Waiter: requires at least 2 years of experience and an intermediate level of English (B2).

Ronaldo also plans to open new hotels in Paris and Manchester soon. However, hotels are not the only business interests of the football star. Ronaldo holds shares in over 20 companies worldwide, spanning industries such as fashion, sports, media, and gastronomy.
