When we think of cheesecake, a traditional dessert made from a family recipe often comes to mind. However, the following recipe is completely different from that vision. It's simpler, cheaper, and you can make it with just 3 ingredients in just a few minutes.

Cheesecake is known all over the world, and depending on where you are, it can be made in many different ways. In Poland, it is typically made with soft curd cheese and various additions like orange zest, chocolate pieces, or dried fruit. No matter what you add, the cake is always eaten up to the last slice. While this dessert is loved by many, some complain that it is expensive and time-consuming to make. It's hard to argue with that, which is why a faster, cheaper, but equally delicious version has been created.

As I mentioned, you don't need much to make this cake. All you need are eggs, white chocolate, and cream cheese. These ingredients make the cheesecake light and fluffy. What sets it apart from other desserts? Its lightness, which can be compared to a cloud. It is baked in a water bath, which helps create its delicate texture.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, allow it to cool slightly, and then mix it with the cream cheese.
Slowly add the yolks to the mixture, mix everything well, and gradually fold in the whipped egg whites.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. The next step is to place the pan into a larger dish filled with water. This step is essential because the cheesecake is baked in a water bath.
Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 170°C, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
After the time is up, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 15 minutes to cool slightly.
