Huge, colorful, and eye-catching. For a month, the residents of West Philadelphia will see Dave smiling at them from the billboard, asking, "Will You Go on a Date with Me?" In his unusual personal ad, the 28-year-old emphasized that he "has normal hobbies", "can cook" and "is a cat owner".

"Invite Me on a Date". A young single's original idea for finding love

Dave noted in one of his interviews that the billboard was meant to be a humorous touch in the neighborhood, and he didn’t expect anyone to take it seriously. Moreover, the ad itself was written with a bit of humor.

"You might be shocked, but the funny guy who bought this billboard is 100% single. If you live in Philadelphia or nearby and feel like meeting up, message me. I kindly ask you not to send spam, threats, or weird messages. I have no idea what kind of response this ad will get, so have fun and invite me on a date!" - he wrote, also adding his contact information.

Recently a man wrote: "Other than discovering that someone I dated for 5 months was a bit of a liar, which doesn't work for me…done, my experiences have been pretty smooth".

Internet Users Are Cheering for the 28-Year-Old

Regardless of his intentions, it worked. Dave has already received several date invitations, and he’s even been on one.
