Raids in Ukraine: On the night of October 11 to 12, police and employees from the Territorial Recruitment Center organized raids in clubs and restaurants. Inspections were carried out in cities such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro. According to reports from Ukrainian media, the authorities were checking the documents of men of conscription age, with some being forcibly detained.

As reported by "Hradomskie," the objective of the operation is to capture individuals who are evading their military duty. Some actions resulted in men being forcibly transported to recruitment offices.

Scuffles with the police: Videos on social media showed some men resisting the officers, which led to scuffles with the police. The footage captured the arrests made by the police as well as the reactions of dissatisfied citizens, with people shouting "Shame!" and "Disgrace to the police!".

Post-concert inspections in Kyiv: Authorities also recorded the names of attendees at a concert by the band Okean Elzy in Kyiv. The chairman of the parliamentary committee on humanitarian and information policy, Nikita Poturaev, said on Facebook that he "welcomes the inspections" that took place in Ukraine. "I believe they should be comprehensive and ongoing," he added.

The actions of the authorities are related to regulations that came into effect on July 16, which require conscription-age men to update their information, such as their place of residence or contact details, in a special military application called Reserve+. This ensures that the military has the most up-to-date knowledge regarding potential conscription. Important: Updating information does not automatically mean being called to service. However, Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernohorenko warned that failure to fulfill this obligation could result in being placed on a wanted list.
